Watch Cleaning
Watch CleaningOver time your watch band will collect dirt and other unwanted materials. We offer an in house watch spa. The watch spa includes the removal of the movement from the casing, submersion of the case and band in our high-tech heated ultrasonic cleaner. After the case and band have soaked for a few hours, we high pressure steam clean it, re-glue your crystal, check all the gaskets, and reinstall the movement. This process will clean your watch to showcase new. If you have unwanted scratches in your band or case, we also offer a polishing service. If you have a worn out rubber or leather band we can special fit a new band to your casing. We carry a limited in-house band selection, but we can special order bands at no obligation. Estimates are always provided free of charge.
Complete Movement Overhaul
The watch is completely taken apart, cleaned, oiled, and any broken parts replaced.
Replacement of Mineral or Sapphire Crystals
This is the glass that covers the face of your watch. This crystal can become scratched or broken from everyday wear.
Stem/Crown Replacement
This part is how you set the time on the watch. The crown of your watch can wear down due to setting and winding. We are able to replace this part and the stem if needed.
Dial Refinishing
This is the face of the watch. Over time the dial can discolor and this refinishing process will make your dial look like new.
Case Repair
This is what houses your movement. The pins that attach the case to the band can wear down overtime due to corrosion. We are able to replace these pins.
Band Repair
This is what wraps around your wrist to keep the watch on. Over time the pins in your band can become corroded and break. We have the capability to replace the pins, and add or remove links (to make the band longer or shorter), to your watch band if necessary.
Guarantee on Watch Service
We guarantee our watch service repair for one year from the date of delivery. We are unable to warranty watch work if the watch is unable to seal out water and dust.
