Custom Designed Jewelry is our specialty and we can even utilize your current stones and metal in your new custom design. We pride ourselves in designing unique and comfortable jewelry that can be passed down from generation to generation. Our head designer, Rebekah Robinson, has a Fine Arts Degree from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, and has practiced jewelry design for over 12 years. The owner, Gary Weinstein, has traveled the world and is familiar with current styles and cutting edge fashion.
The Custom Design Process
Initial Consultation and Design
Our designer will set up a time to meet with you free of charge. If you have pictures or ideas you would like to discuss, please bring them to this consultation. The designer will show you different images so that you get an understanding on the style of item you are looking for. At this appointment you will be provided with several different sketches and illustrations. If you are utilizing stones and metal you already have, bring them to this consultation and the designer will work them into the new piece.
Wax Model
After you approve the estimate and the drawing, a wax model will be carved. The wax model takes two weeks to carve by hand and a second appointment is set up to view the model. The stones used on the final piece will be placed on the model to give you an understanding of how the finished product will look. If you are 100% satisfied with the mode,l you can choose to put 20% down and pay the balance when the final product is delivered. Or, if you choose to pay in full, you will receive 10% off your total purchase amount. If you are not 100% satisfied with the model, any alterations will be made at no additional charge.
Casting
The wax model is then sent to casting. The caster will use the model to make the final piece. We do not make a mold of your custom piece to insure it is a one-of-a-kind item. Some clients choose to have a mold made in case they need to replicate the item in the future. There is an additional charge for this service.
Finishing
After the casting is finished it is then cleaned, polished, and the stones are set. The casting and finishing processes take an additional two weeks. A retail appraisal is written for your insurance company, and we will call you when your item is finished. The appraisal price is included with your custom design.

- Items specially ordered from an outside vendor.
- Handmade items whether fabricated or casted.
